A long-term Kempsey resident, “I began my interest in painting while living in Papua New Guinea before I moved to Perth, where I studied at Claremont College. For 20 years I have been painting and teaching in many mediums to others who desired to learn in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. My students, as the Macleay Art Collective, have held successful exhibitions at the Gladstone Community Gallery.
I work in Oil, Acrylic, Pastel and Watercolour, and Chinese ink on rice paper.
The current short show is called Eclectica, a fitting name for the wide variety of styles and mediums making up the exhibition which I hope the viewers will enjoy.”
