“As a little girl, I can recall the beautiful sparkles that danced around my Nanas house from the many pieces of crystal that adorn her mantel and dresser, shining like diamonds in all their vibrancy when the sunlight lit them. I am excited to offer these treasured pieces a second lease of life, standing proud as unique towering light catches, to be once again appreciated for their individual design, clarity and beauty.

Creating these towers as my hobby makes my heart sing.”

"Driven largely by my love of painting shades , shapes and colour, "Shapes and Shades" showcases my three year journey and includes my personal interests with glimpses of some of the great such as Matisse, Picasso, Seurat. The shapes are a loose reference to the artist's works which have influenced me. they are deconstructed and reconstructed to make a contemporary work using shades to take away the sharpness of the shapes and give the work more flow."
