Spiral is a true artist who finds beauty in the bush and creates his amazing sculptures. Spiral can see potential in an old piece of timber and repurposes it into an artform. Spiral also works in ceramics.
Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery was developed to enhance the cultural aspects of the Macleay Valley community through the attraction of travelling and local exhibitions and to facilitate cultural growth through providing a space for local artists to exhibit and generate income.
The gallery is managed by a volunteer community committee on behalf of Kempsey Shire Council and is staffed by volunteers and artists
